Why Education Needs More Play!
I really enjoyed this week’s reading because I feel like it confirmed a lot of what I already believe. I think people need more low stakes opportunities to grow, try new things, and make mistakes. As a society, I feel as if we have created an educational structure that is so focused on collecting points,…
The Model, Model
The reading for this week’s module, modeling, is actually something I felt fairly familiar with. I have read a lot about theoretical physics and the imagining of different dimensions throughout my life. About Me

I currently teach 10th/11th grade English and creative writing.
Before I started working in a traditional classroom, I worked with our buildings at risk population and with students who took online courses.
I believe it is important that education is accessible for everyone. By completing the MAET program at MSU, I hope to better incorporate educational technology in my classroom to achieve this goal.
